Roles and Responsibilities
Human Resource • The HR Head would be responsible for designing and delivering the overall HR strategy (including Talent Acquisition, Training, Performance Management, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Administration). • Collaborate actively with local business heads to understand ongoing HR needs, anticipate & provide timely solutions on people matters, to drive effectiveness and business performance, including but not limited to people-related actions. • Collaborating with CoEs & global stakeholders for HR functions and implementing single and unified HR policies in India while ensuring continuous improvement and fit for purpose of HR initiatives- Ensuring proactive HR function (employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies, disciplinary actions, emergencies, and control/compliance/governance issues). • Driving organisational development, influencing leaders for change management, leading and mentoring team members to ensure seamless execution. • Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions • Implement functional HRMS, including MySuccess factor and internal databases across all departments and locations. • Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems. • Design company policies and procedures. • Prepare manpower budgets by department. • Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates. • Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements. • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives. • Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures as per requirements. • 3rd Party Exp - Handling contractors and co-coordinating for organizing Manpower requirements. • Statutory Compliance (Maintenance of Records and compliance under various statutory agencies such as, Shop & Establishment, Labour office, ESI, Labour Welfare (Statutory and Voluntary), etc. Administration Office Lease and Licensing • Keeping records of all lease and licensing agreements of the offices • Coordinating with Landlords/Owners, legal department and executing lease agreements. Asset and Infrastructure Management • Maintenance of all company assets and infrastructure • Monitoring & facilitation of servicing and repairing of assets as per maintenance schedules & register. • Handling of AMCs (annual maintenance contracts) of all the assets and furniture like HVAC, material & electrical equipment, et
Desired Candidate Profile
• Education: MBA in HR or MPM • Specialized knowledge: HR, ER & PMS • Professional Certification: MSW, PMS. • Good knowledge of Statutory & Labour laws • Full and Fluent knowledge of English
