Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for developing newer Applications and product suitability of the static mixers in various industries right from the UPS to Food & FMCG. The candidate should have a keen eye for product development or enhancement; representing in technical symposiums etc. He should closely coordinate with the sales for technical support

• Lead Generations Application Strategy
• Assistance for Product Development
• Building of Sales Material
• Training of Sales colleagues on Products and Applications

Visiting customers, Hunting for applications where Static Mixers can be used Coordination sales and Various CT offices

Design customer specific static mixer solutions

Lead the order winning process for assigned customer projects from technical perspective

Acquire and maintain design know-how (process and mechanical)

Maintain regional reference lists

Prepare sales documents, presentations and training material for sales personnel

Collect regional market information (market intelligence)

Establish and maintain contacts to process licensors, key customers and EPCs

Represent at industry conferences and technology forums

Provide input for development of CT products (solicited and un-solicited) to the relevant forum (GAM mixers, TC-M, TFTM-M)

Search for new applications and uses for Mixer products

Generate MIS for assigned area/scope of work on monthly basis

Generation of Target number of enquiries from customers for newer applications

Assistance in Costing of products for process development

Defining performance guarantees and parameters for our products

Order Intake as per Targets

Customer satisfaction

Accurate MIS

No. of enquiries and project leads generated

B) Side Job Functions:

Assisting global functions for product development.

Active participation in creation of Application wise calculation tools

Representing products at Technical Symposiums

Desired Candidate Profile

PhD in Fluid Mechanics or Heat Transfer with a basic degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
