Roles and Responsibilities
Purpose of the job
Secure the short and long term success in the Tower Field Service KSA/Kuwait/Bahrain business of Chemtech globally. Business responsibilities along with Profit & Loss responsibility for allotted budget. Overall management of all functions Sales, PMO, Estimation, Ops, QESH, financial targets for TFS core business and AWO segments.
Main tasks and accountabilities
- Achieves growth and profitability targets of KSA/Kuwait/Bahrain TFS
- Ensure permanent observation and analysis of the markets, Decision on required strategy for the service jobs, regionally
- Accountable for expanding the client base
- Accountable for expands the service lines
- Ensures efficient organization and management across the KSA/Kuwait/Bahrain region to secure comprehensive market coverage and customer relations
- Maintaining personal contact to important customers
- Preparation of strategy plans and yearly budgets
- Ensure permanent observation and analysis of the markets; Decision on required strategy for the service jobs, regionally
- Promotion of team work amongst regional TFS teams (ERA, APAC and AME) as well as, the teams of other CT organizations (e.g. ST sales, TAS etc.)
- Ensure efficient and competent service jobs
- Ensure a system of flexible and optimized usage of human resources (e.g. project managers, superintendents and field service staff); maintaining personal contact with key HR suppliers
- Ensure updated reporting in accordance to CTs requirements; preparation of monthly MIS.
- Support HR Portfolio cater business continuity with localization management.
- Coordinate with local agents for business management and local compliances
- Ensure updated economical and effective information technology and systems
- Enforce standards according to approved SCM and Corporate standards
- Development and maintaining a personnel strategy to ensure motivation of employees, development of individuals and the organization, competent management and continuity in key functions
