- Develop strategies to increase brand market share, brand identity and brand awareness
- Responsible for launching and managing brands
- Develop innovative promotional activities & campaigns for focused products of the division.
- Preparing short and long term strategy development for given divisions product portfolio.
- Analyzing market data to find gaps in current portfolio and bridge the gaps by proposing & initiating new product development to strengthen each therapy area
- Periodical field work to understand the market/customer behaviour/response and check the understanding / implementation of the strategy
- Assisting the sales team with market data / history data for budgeting / targeting region wise
