Job Description

Liaise with delivery leads / Business Head to nurture partnerships through effective human resources Initiatives to bridge Gaps and contribute to increased Employee output and enhance efficiency.
Identification of employee training needs through the employee survey etc.
Design, create & roll-out of development programs at various levels of the organization
Deploying e-learning and classroom training on LMS, where necessary.
End-to-end responsibility & accountability for managing technical and Non-technical training needs of members of the Business Unit.
