Stake holder management with line managers and employees
Implementing HR programs and offerings like employee engagement initiative skip level meetings, etc
Identify, gather and provide requirements to help with the development of HR initiatives and to participate in the implementation of local HR initiatives
Advising and supporting employees and their managers on various HR policies
